How do I activate a Glide?
Start by scanning the Glide’s QR code located on its button.
Enter your room number and payment method.
Once activated, you can pour as many drinks as you like until your activation session ends at 11am. Each drink you dispense will be charged to your payment method.
How do I pour drinks?
Make sure to have a cup underneath the Glide’s spout. Then, simply hold the Glide’s button to start pouring and release the button to stop pouring.
How much are the drinks?
Each glide displays its price based on an 8oz drink. However much you pour at this price rate, is charged to your payment method.
For example, if the glide is priced at $4 per drink, dispensing 16oz will result in a $8 charge.
Why isn’t the Glide working?
Make sure the Glide is plugged in.
Scan the Glide’s QR code to make sure it’s activated.
Press and hold the Glide’s button to dispense.
Other solutions:
Unplug and replug the Glide from its outlet, wait 20 seconds, and try again.
The Glide may be empty.

The Glide is empty, what do I do?
